Capabilities
Rolling/Shaping
All our wire is rolled on our custom-made mills. We can produce wire in flat, square, 1/2 round, oval, keystone, screen wire, and custom shapes.
Drawing
We have the capability to draw wire in house from sizes ranging down to .020” all the way up to .287”.
Annealing
We have four electronically controlled furnaces to restore ductility and/or control softness to your specifications. Wire is moved through our furnaces in a controlled inert gas atmosphere, to yield a bright finish.
Respool
We have the capabilities to re-spool wire exactly as you need it for your processing. We can supply material in 1 LB spools, all the way up to 1,000 lb spools. Material can be supplied on spools, cardboard cores, stems, drums, and in pancake coil form.
Cut to Length
We offer the option to have round, flat or shaped wire cut to lengths ranging from 1” up to 12’.
Testing
We have the in house capability to perform physical testing on all wire to make sure that it meets your specifications.
